Information Security Policy

At Flipside Digital Content Company Inc., also doing business as Flipside AI, we are committed towards the protection of the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of our information assets. We recognize that the success of our AI data labeling services depends on our ability to safeguard the sensitive information entrusted to us by our clients, employees, and stakeholders. 

To achieve this objective, we have implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 standard. The ISMS provides a framework for identifying, assessing, and mitigating information security risks and for ensuring compliance  with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations. 

 Our ISMS Policy is guided by the following principles: 

• Confidentiality: We protect confidential information from unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. 
• Integrity: We ensure the accuracy and completeness of our information assets and prevent unauthorized modification or destruction. 
• Availability: We ensure that our information assets are available to authorized users when needed. 
• Risk Management: We identify and assess risks to our information assets and implement appropriate controls to manage those risks. 
• Compliance: We comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements related to information security. 
• Awareness and Training: Ensure that all employees, contractors, and third-party service providers understand their information security responsibilities and are aware of the  consequences of non-compliance. 
• Incident management: We have an incident management process in place to ensure that all breaches of information security, actual or suspected, are reported, and investigated. 
• Continual Improvement: We continuously review and improve our ISMS to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with business objectives. 
• Business Continuity: We developed, maintained, and tested our Business Continuity Plans. 

All employees and stakeholders are responsible for complying with this policy. Any violations  will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract. 

We are committed to regularly reviewing and updating our ISMS Policy to ensure its ongoing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness. Our ISMS Policy is communicated to all employees,  contractors, and third-party partners who have access to our information assets.
